Do you offer extended stay rooms? Yes, guests can stay for a month or longer. If a guest stays 3 months there is no tax 

sDo you have off-street parking? Yes, we have ample off-street parking to accommodate cars, trucks and even boats. It is well lit and safe. 

Do your rooms have kitchens and cooking facilities? Yes, all our rooms have either kitchenettes or full kitchens. They are fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans and whatever you need to prepare meals. We have coffee pots, microwaves, air fryers, microwaves, and refrigerators in all our rooms. 

Are any of your rooms on the first floor? Yes, all our rooms are on the ground level. 

How far are you from the Outer Banks? 85 miles. At 86 miles, you will be underwater. 

Are there restaurants near you? Yes, the town of Williamston, NC has many restaurants from Mom-and-Pop diners to fancy, sit-down elegant restaurants. 

Do you rent out your Airstream? Yes, we rent the Airstream for Extended Stay from March – November. We winterize it for the colder months. 

Do you have fast internet? Yes, we have Optimum/Suddenlink and Starlink internet capabilities. 

Do you have RV Hook-ups for long-term rentals? Yes, we have 2 RV hookups in our orchard. They have 30/50 amp electric, sewer, water, cable, and internet. 

Are there laundry facilities on the premises? Yes, there is a coin laundry. We offer free weekly cleaning. 

Are you pet friendly? No, not at this time. ______________________________________
